Special Policies
Ceremonial Chocolates
Due to their packaging – wrapped but not sealed – returns or refunds are not available for Ceremonial Chocolates.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, we may offer a percentage of the value as points (store credit) to your account.
Sample Packs
Refunds for dissatisfaction with sample packs are not available.
We encourage you to reach out before donating if you have any questions about the sample packs.
Refund Eligibility
To ensure clarity and fairness, please review the following refund conditions:
1. First Donation Policy: Refunds are available only for your first donation if you are dissatisfied. For subsequent donations, refunds will only be issued if there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged shipment).
2. Trial Period: You must use your member benefits for at least two weeks to qualify for a refund.
3. Notification Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date to [email protected].
4. Regret Before Shipment: If you decide to cancel your donation before it ships, we can issue a full refund.
5. Medication Interactions: Refunds will not be provided if you experience adverse effects due to medication interactions with psilocybin. We emphasize this important information during the checkout process, and failure to review these details prior to donation is not our responsibility.
If you have concerns about compatibility with your medications, please consult your healthcare provider before donating.
Refund and Return Process
We aim to make the refund and return process as smooth as possible:

All refund requests are verified to ensure proper use of this policy.

2. Return of Unused Items
For multi-bottle donations, we may require the return of any unused or unopened bottles before processing a refund.
3. Returns Timeline
Refunds for returns are processed only after we receive the unopened items at our facility.
Processing Time: 2–3 weeks after receiving your return.
Shipping Fees:
· Original shipping fees ($11) are non-refundable.
· Return shipping fees ($11) will be deducted from your refund.
What We Mean by “Error on Our Part”
An “error on our part” refers to mistakes we made while fulfilling your donation, such as:
Incorrect Items:
You received items that are different from what you requested.
We will send the correct items promptly and may ask for the incorrect ones to be returned.
Damaged Items:
The items were damaged during shipping or were defective upon arrival.
Missing Items:
Items that were donated but were not included in your shipment.
For these situations, we will cover all shipping costs and refund your donation, including shipping fees.
Reshipping Policy for Stuck Packages
If your package is marked as “stuck,” “delayed,” or its status is “unknown” in the carrier’s tracking page for more than 10 business days (since the shipment date), we will reship the package at no cost to you.
